• We rely on an accurate attendance count to make important arrangements for our workshops. If an attendee needs to withdraw from a workshop, they must inform us in writing via email to info@hillfolk.com 72 hours prior to the first day of the scheduled workshop. Hillfolk will confirm the receipt of the cancellation within 2 business days.
• No refunds will be available for cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice. Please take this into account when you sign up for a workshop.
• Hillfolk reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop for any reason, including canceling a workshop that does not meet minimum registration requirements or canceling a workshop due to inclement weather.  If Hillfolk cancels a workshop, paid registrants will be given full refunds.  Rescheduled workshop information will be communicated on the Hillfolk website.

At HF events, no one should ever feel belittled or made to feel unsafe. The following behavior will not be tolerated: disrupting or disallowing participation by others; harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form, including physical, written, electronic, or verbal abuse.

Examples of unacceptable behavior include, but are not limited to:

• Derisive comments related to gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, medical condition, pregnancy, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, national origin, citizenship, culture, marital status, familial status, domestic partner or civil union status, use of a guide or support animal, educational background, or veteran/military status.

This is an example of a response that you might give. It's good to be as thorough as possible in responses as that has a tendency to improve trust overall.
