June Temari Workshop: Japanese Folk Craft

Saturday, June 22nd.

1:00 - 4:00 PM

Join us for this special class with instructor Jenna Bratcher (she/her). In this 3 hour class, you will make your own Temari piece, a Japanese folk craft where one sews patterns onto a ball. These balls are given as symbols of friendship and loyalty. The bright colors are a symbol of well wishes for the recipient to have a brilliant and happy life. In this class you will be working with pre-wrapped balls.

All materials will be provided, no sewing experience necessary, beginners welcome! This workshop's pattern will be Candy Stripe.
