About our Teacher
Debra Lea is a fiber teacher and designer living in the Ozarks. She has had several designs published since 2008 and has been a professional fiber teacher since 2001, teaching all levels of knit and crochet. She has taught in individual shops as well as in local, regional and national conferences and brings her personal love of fiber and making to each class. She believes there are no disciplines that can't be learned and that everyone who wants to learn deserves the opportunity to do so. She is now retired from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and lives happily at the lake with her husband and Roxie, who is way too smart to be their dog.
