A DK weight 2 ply heathered wool designed with classic knitting and crochet in mind, Scout is yarn for the sake of yarn. Perfect for garments, Scout is put up in a generous 100 gram, 274 yard hank. It is unfussy, beautiful, high-quality, and comes in a gorgeous color palette.
The wool in Scout is a cross between Corriedale and Merino. It is not as soft as Merino, but it is stronger and adds durability to the yarn. Scout is also unique in that many colors are heathers, meaning multiple colors are pre-blended prior to spinning to create shades with a lot of depth and variation.
